Lotta Pohjanpalo has been involved in numerous domestic, multi-jurisdictional and EU merger control analyses and filings predominantly in cross-border transactions and regularly acts as counsel in proceedings before the Finnish Competition Authority and the Market Court. She advises both domestic and international clients on all aspects of EU and competition law and regularly takes charge of competition law audits, compliance programs and training and acts as dawn raid counsel for a number of multinational undertakings i.a. in the construction, consumer products, energy, pharmaceutical and technology industries.
