Lotta Pohjanpalo’s practice focuses on transactional work in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions and Competition and Antitrust. She has more than ten years of experience from domestic and cross-border transactions in complex high-profile cases. She has also been responsible for numerous domestic, multi-jurisdictional and EU merger control analyses and filings predominantly in cross-border transactions and acts as counsel in proceedings before the Finnish Competition Authority and the Market Court. She regularly takes charge of competition law audits, compliance programs and training and acts as dawn raid counsel for a number of multinational undertakings i.a. in the construction, consumer products, energy, pharmaceutical and technology industries.
