As an associate at Waselius & Wist you are an important part of one of the leading business law firms in Finland. We take pride in training our new lawyers thoroughly. Lawyers in the beginning of their careers start with developing broad-based knowledge instead of narrow niches of legal expertise, providing them with a good basis for developing expertise knowledge. Associates work directly with the partner or senior associate in charge.
At Waselius & Wist working hours may vary from one day to another. We understand that also lawyers have the right to a work-life balance and since some work days may stretch beyond official work hours, we have implemented a working time account, to compensate our lawyers for their overtime work.
Team work and team building is important for the purpose of providing seamless legal services to our clients. We find it important to also get to know each other and socialize outside of work. Our social activities are highly appreciated by the whole personnel, enjoying each other’s company at the yearly crayfish party, at various weekly get-togethers as well as at exercise or training events.
