Antti Rikala has been appointed as Specialist Partner and will head the firm’s Real Estate practice. Antti joins Waselius & Wist from HPP Attorneys, where he worked in the firm’s Real Estate team for almost 13 years.
Antti has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate and commercial law. He regularly advises leading Finnish and international organisations in real estate development projects and asset management matters as well as in real estate finance. Antti has extensive experience in various types of real estate transactions, related negotiation processes and market practices. Antti also advises clients in M&A and financing projects as well as on contract and commercial law.
Antti’s broad experience from the real estate market will be a great asset to the firm, both now and in years to come.
